Considering a fall in RE prices, is it possible for me to convince the lending bank and the developer that I change my property to a 3bhk within the same premises? And also what is usually the cancellation charge for the booking after signing the agreements.

    I would like to bring into notice that there are many real estate agents who are taking brokerage for just letting know the house for rent or sale.they charge 1 month rent as brokerage or 1% of sale price for which they do not provide any receipt hence its like black money they earn.
    I am interested in knowing are there any rules for such agents or brokers.

    I want to sell a property in my native. The buyer is a builder, who insists that he would want me to issue the power of attorney in his favor after he has remitted the entire transaction amount to me. He does not want to register the property. What are the implications of this.

  32. Dear Ramesh Reddy, if you want to buy land, then consider North Bangalore (near Yelahanka, Jalahalli, Jakkur or after Airport for cheaper rates to maximize land). In Hyderabad, any land within 10-20 km of Gachibowli or Hi-Tech City or Miyapur is preferable.

  34. Dear Sandeep Shenoy, Panvel or Navi Mumbai is a great choice for buying land, as we have mentioned that on our website also. Watch out for newspaper ads or approach a large established broker because even if their fee is higher, you can be more assured about land title and quality of service. Please note that there are many disputed lands in the Navi Mumbai area, so do lots of due diligence before making any payments.
