Good day, Recently had signed agreements for a 2BHK completion due 2010. I would like to bring into notice that there are many real estate agents who are taking brokerage for just letting know the house for rent or sale.they charge 1 month rent as brokerage or 1% of sale price for which they do not provide any receipt hence its like black money they earn.
