One of my client from India who is reupteand  in to the construction of apartments is seeking foreign funds in the form of Debt.One of my lending source from USA is willing to finance his company to an extent of  $ 27 Mn. I want to sell a property in my native. The buyer is a builder, who insists that he would want me to issue the power of attorney in his favor after he has remitted the entire transaction amount to me. He does not want to register the property. What are the implications of this.
