      Regarding your question about clean titile, please note that title risks in India are most common in Urban lands/property, and not in Agri land because the Indian Urban Land Ceiling Acts and Rental Acts are much different from Indian Agri Land laws. In India, the agri land title disputes are mostly around distribution within family members. In India, the agri land title process has not changed much in last 100 years. With computerized records in almost every state, this risk is limited to checking the land history and family tree. The company validates these by local govt officials and lawyers. The company has a legal team to verify records and follow legal process from history verification, land sizing, public notice and family tree check with revenue records. In addition, the company does not complete the fund transfer to the land sellers till possession is granted and demarcation competed.

Need to be at an altitude of at least 750 metres, with a flowing natural waterbody such as a stream, spring or cascade. Would also be open to land in terrain with rocky, wooded, grassy or low cultivatable intensity. Be grateful for any leads you may be able to convey or offer. If possible, please exclude states where any Indian from another state is denied or restricted from buying agricultural property.
