The allotted would be sent allotment letters from TATA Housing along with the payment schedule. Details of other requirements have been provided in the Application form booklet itself.

I am interested to book a flat having 600-700 Sq Ft in your scheme in Chennai or Bangalore. Pl let me know by which time you will be undertaking construction of flats. Do you have any plan to launch senior citizen homes in chennai or Bangalore wherein you will be accepting a deposit of 8-9 lacs (refundable deposit without any interest) and providing all amenities on a monthly payment.
